#20a-Baan Rim & #20b-Baan Bai Maai

Baan Rim and Baan Bai Maai are 150 level meters from the beach through lovely gardens, in a back central corner of RBC, underneath the magnificent limestone cliffs, with fabulous views in every direction, and real privacy. They can be rented together, or separately. This property is a songbird paradise because it is at the verge of national park jungle and lush human gardens. We also see big clouded monitor lizards, lots of monkeys, occasional gibbons (apes) and wild civets, and a pair of big owls at night, all of which do not ever harm humans or even kids, plus an entire cadre of little gecko lizards to help keep the bug life under control. Baan Rim has just been remodled and Baan Bai Maai is brand-new.

Baan Rim (20a) sleeps two, and consists of an indoor living room, a semi-outdoor breezeway living room, a complete kitchen, a covered dining breezeway with views to die for, a spacious bathroom with two showers open to the sky, and a separate master bedroom with a king-size bed, which can be split into two single beds upon request, all connected by decks everywhere, and a tiled patio at the center of the compound.

Baan Bai Maai (20b) sleeps two, and faces a community park. If you are renting both houses, the tiled central patio at the back of Baan Bai Mai may also be used. There is a long covered deck with built- in benches and dining set. Inside is a spacious 4x5 meter bedroom with two single beds, a separate tiled indoor bathroom with two showers, and a small kitchenette with an under-counter fridge, a sink, a hot water kettle, and cabinets for provided crockery and kitchen tools; also a four-tiered stainless steel holder to use for "take-away" meals from any of the nearby restaurants, get three dishes and a pot of rice to go, and be back home to eat it on your own deck in less than a five-minute walk.

As these houses are 1.2 meters above ground level, and have no railings, they are not suitable for small children. Both are non- smoking houses
