Located 50m from the beach, this is a new house which is very luxuriously furnished and has all of the amenities including a chef's kitchen and TV / DVD player. It has a clear view of the sea from the Master Bedroom and main living areas. It also has a separate Guest Wing for a total of 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms.

The whole house includes the Guest Wing and is ideal for a large family or two families. The layout of the house allows for privacy but has plenty of common space for gatherings.

Has a Master Bedroom a large outdoor bathroom and another two separate rooms with a large shared outdoor bathroom.  A large living living room, covered and open deck area provide plenty of gathering space in all weather conditions.

Sleeping arrangements: The main wing has 2 king beds and 2 single beds.

Guest Wing - sleeps 2

On the second level the guest wing has a separate entrance,  private deck, bedroom, and a large outdoor bathroom. On the ground level there is a living room with TV/DVD, dining area and kitchenette with mini fridge and sink. There are no cooking facilities in this guest wing.
